When does the course start and finish?

You will get access to all academy content from the moment you enroll—for one full year.

The guided Design Course Module starts on October 21st and runs until December 2nd & the guided Painting Module starts on January 6th and runs until February 10th, 2022.

How long do I have access to the course?

After the guided course start date, you have unlimited access to all course content for one full year - across any and all devices you own. PLUS you get to keep the design encyclopedia course forever (yes, forever).

What if I am unhappy with the course?

We would never want you to be unhappy! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us in the first 30 days and we will give you a full refund based on fair use*.

*Course completion rates of between 50-100% are not considered fair use, and will be granted refunds on a case by case basis. Put simply: if you binge the content in 30 days and then request a refund, you will have gotten significant value out of the course and we wouldn't consider that grounds for a full refund.

Do I have to participate in the guided modules, or can I go at my own pace?

Nope! You don't have to participate in the guided modules. You will have access to both modules for one full year, so you can choose to use the Academy as a completely self-paced online course—where you decide when to start and when to finish.

What is a Design House?

Design Houses are invitation only, and include all other digital artists who are enrolled in your 12 week program.

Your Design house is your very own artists' community, where you can work on projects alongside other artists, get and give feedback. It is currently hosted on the Discord platform. You will receive your invitation the day before the first live class.

Once your 12 week program is complete, you will receive lifetime access into the DPS Alumni Design House where you can continue to collaborate with the members of your bespoke Design House.

I don't have time right now, when is the next course start date?

The next start date will be in late January 2022.

You can enroll in the next term anytime and you will have full access to all course content from the moment you enroll. Which means you can get a head start, or work at your own pace.

How do the live classes work?

Live classes will be held on Thursday at 11:00am(CDT) each week, and hosted on via Zoom.

If you miss a class, no worries! We'll upload a recording afterwards.

If you have a scheduling conflict and won't be able to make 11:00am(CDT) work each week, then you can indicated that when you register and we'll do our best to accommodate you with another solution.
