10. Cancellations

Monthly subscriptions (for products such as Skillbuilder or Intro to Digital Painting) can be cancelled at any time and no additional fees will be charged following the cancellation date. Monthly payment plans for products such as Concept Art Academy are considered installment plans and the full number of payments at the specified amount is required.

 11. Refund Policy
