Ā By accessing or using Digital Painting Studio's website (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this Site. These Terms apply to all users worldwide, including visitors, customers, and any third-party service providers. All content on the Digital Painting Studio website, including but not limited to course materials, software, videos, graphics, logos, text, and other training materials (collectively "Content"), is owned by Digital Painting Studio or licensed to it, and is protected by intellectual property laws, including copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or display any Content without explicit permission from Digital Painting Studio. The Content provided through our courses is for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to use, reproduce, or distribute any training materials for commercial purposes unless authorized by us.

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of any downloadable materials from the Site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license, you may not:

The unauthorized resale, distribution, or display of Digital Painting Studio course materials will result in legal action.

Digital Painting Studio reserves the right to remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Payment Terms

When you make a purchase on Digital Painting Studio, we collect payment details necessary to process the transaction. Our website is hosted on the Kajabi platform. We use third-party payment processors to handle payment data securely. We do not store full payment card information ourselves. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of the payment processor (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) to understand how they handle your data.

All prices for products and services are in U.S. dollars, unless otherwise indicated. Payment is due at the time of purchase or subscription. If you opt for a monthly payment plan, you agree to make all required payments according to the agreed schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in access restrictions or account termination.

  • Refund Policy: Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. Requests for refunds can be made by emailing [email protected].
  • Cancellation Policy: Monthly subscriptions (e.g., Skillbuilder, Intro to Digital Painting) can be canceled at any time without additional fees. Monthly payment plans for products such as Concept Art Academy are installment plans that require the full number of payments as agreed.

7. Shipping Policy

For physical products, shipping charges and delivery times will be provided at the time of purchase. International shipping is available where permitted. You are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply to international orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Digital Painting Studio or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profit, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Site, even if Digital Painting Studio has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so this limitation may not apply to you.
